Rick Barry: Principal Attorney
Rick obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1976. His undergraduate degree was also obtained from the University of Missouri, Columbia 1973.

Rick was law clerk to the Honorable J.P. Morgan, Missouri Supreme Court, 1976-1977.

Rick is a former Assistant Chief Trial Attorney with the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office. As an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Rick tried over one hundred felony jury trials to conclusion.

Rick has successfully handled over 500 Labor and Employment claims in State and Federal Court and before other administrative tribunals, mostly on behalf of fire fighters/EMS personnel and law enforcement officers.

In addition to being a practicing attorney, Rick is also a Municipal Judge in Eureka, Missouri.

Megen I. Hoffman: Associate Attorney
Megen obtained her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006.

Megen works closely with Rick to ensure that your employment rights are protected. Megen also assists Rick with personal injury recoveries.

Mark L. Akers, P.C.: Attorney
Mark, a former Washington County Prosecutor, works closely with Rick in obtaining compensation for individuals who have been injured on the job.
